When do I have to pay my balance by: Your balance is due 14 days before your dog arrives with us.
Can I change my booking on your online system: You cannot amend your booking. If your email us we can do that for you.
Why do you have drop off times: Ian is usually training clients and that leaves me to manage, clean and look after the dogs. We also have the dog tub and small shop. I want to be available to greet you for collection and drop off and not keep you waiting. I also want to make sure I have all the info I need on drop off and be able to chat to you on collection of your dog.
Why are you closed 12pm to 2pm. We start at 6.30am. So this time allows us to have a break, get some lunch, reply to emails, and other admin that requires doing on a daily basis.
Do you walk the dogs: We do not walk dogs. We let them out in groups to play 5 times a day.
What if my dog is not happy or doesn't eat: Some dogs take a couple of days to settle into our routine. But we give them lots of attention and encourage them to eat.
What happens if my dogs ill: If we feel your dog needs to see a vet, we will first try to contact you or your emergency contact. Then we would take them to the vet. The vets will issue you an invoice by post.
Is my deposit refundable? Sorry deposits are non refundable.
What should we do if the vaccines are due close to our dogs stay or while they are staying? You must have them updated prior to stay, at lest 1 week before coming in.
